Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks depending on your location and the selected white-glove service.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Enki ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.
